Xeriscaping is a smart, sustainable approach to landscaping that focuses on water conservation without sacrificing beauty. By choosing drought-tolerant plants, improving soil health, and using efficient irrigation methods, gardeners can create vibrant, low-maintenance landscapes that thrive in dry conditions. Especially in regions prone to heat and limited rainfall, xeriscaping helps reduce water use, lower maintenance costs, and support local ecosystems—all while showcasing that a resilient garden can also be a stunning one.

Adults only. Registration required.

The Lunch & Learn Series, held on the second Saturday of most months, is led by the Guadalupe County Master Gardeners in partnership with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Designed for adults, these sessions cover a variety of gardening topics to help you grow your knowledge and skills.

A small snack bag (crackers, fruit, granola bar) is provided.
